Welcoming All
Just as the body celebrates its diversity, we celebrate, affirm, and welcome the rich diversity of all of God’s people at Parma-South Presbyterian Church. We are a community of faith that is strengthened by the Bible and a variety of church activities.
We are dedicated to being more like Jesus in our daily lives through: Sunday Services, Prayer, Music, Bible Study, Care Team, Fellowship, Church School, and Local and Worldwide Mission.

Seal of the Presbyterian ChurchIn 1 Corinthians, Paul described the church as a body with many members, illustrating the pluralism of the church and the many gifts which God gives to its members.
Our seal is made up of individual parts - the cross, the book, the dove, the fish, the pulpit, the chalice and the flames - when taken together, form an encompassing visual and symbolic unity, while not exhausting the richness of possible interpretations. Our History
Parma-South got its hyphenated name as a result of the merger of two Presbyterian churches: Parma Presbyterian and South Presbyterian. Parma Presbyterian Church was organized by the Presbytery in 1835, while the South Presbyterian Church began in 1892. The Cleveland Presbytery eventually recommended the merger of South Presbyterian Church with Parma Presbyterian, and in 1937 the new congregation of Parma-South Presbyterian Church was created. Our current sanctuary was dedicated in 1951.
